You guys are adorable and you made us laugh πΈπΉπ here in Holland Black Friday last almost a week and is followed up by Cyber Monday π special hugs from Annie to Cooper π½
Wow! A whole week. Sounds exciting! We have Cyber Monday this Monday, too. We’re hoping for a massive tuna sale. Hope you guys are having fun. Especially you, Annie!!! Hugs to you.
Thanks. You guys made our day today. Hugs and kisses to you all! We would send you a Christmas card if we knew your address, so Seasons Greetings ahead of time. Extra greetings to Annie.
So glad I am past the age where I care about things like Black Friday anymore, of Cyber Monday. We’re trying to get rid of stuff as we age, not add to the stuff. It is quite freeing, and no one gets hurt in a brawl.
This is so true. I stopped Black Friday shopping ages ago. I do need to start getting rid of more stuff, though. As much as I get rid of, there always seems to be more.
When I was young (much younger) I enjoyed the ritual of Black Friday shopping. It was an event in itself with a lot of self treats (think cinnabon and Starbucks). For every gift I bought someone, I bought something for me so it became expensive! Fortunately, we don’t do gifts anymore so anything I buy on sale now is for ME! The cats got a new scratching post. I bought it for Gus who scratches on the carpets but he doesn’t like the sisal. Fortunately, Sasha loves it and it isn’t ugly yet.
I used to work at Walmart back when they were open 24/7. At 5a on Friday (near the end of my shift) a lady came in and was very unpleasant because we were out of some type of electronics. You don’t get to see as many fights as before with so much online. (Love the stockings, Fitz and Brother of Fitz. No doubt who bought them.)

Yeah, I don’t think it is as bad as it used to be. I’m guessing, anyway, I stopped going! Thanks, Fitz did pick them out! Happy Holidays.

If someone doesn’t want to pay for one of those pay-per-view fights, I suppose Black Friday shopping is a good substitute. π
